We are looking for a Finish Sander and Stainer to join our crew of skilled craftsmen, who build heirloom quality fine furniture for bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchens. This is a position for a skilled sander and stainer with an eye for detail and a passion for quality.

Our Ideal Finish Sander & Stainer:
· Skilled: 2+ years experience in staining and sealer sanding of hardwood furniture or cabinetry.

· Detailed: Able to notice even the smallest defect in a product to ensure that each piece is crafted to perfection and will last our customers a lifetime.

· Team Oriented: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do high-quality work. Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Improver: We take a Lean Manufacturing approach and are looking for an individual who continuously asks themselves "how can we do this better?"

· Positive: Brings a Can Do attitude
